Cancellation Policy
We are incredibly excited to give you the best hair that we possibly can ! It’s important to us that we are as transparent as possible with our cancellations/fees.
If an appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour mark, no charge is required.
However, is the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment/ or if there is a no-call/no-show there will will be a charge made to the card linked to your account in the amount of 50% of the appointment booked.
In the case of extenuating circumstances, please message your stylist.
This policy is in place for the fact that with less than 48 hours notice, your stylist may not be able to fill the appointment.
